21st Century Meditation & Chi Gung

The highest level of the martial arts is meditation.
Internal strength comes from the practice of chi
gung.  The combination of the two is a perfect
21st century
fitness and health system for today’s
athlete.  It teaches the connection of the body by
activating the brain mirror neurons.  It is good for
both the
elite athlete and the weekend warrior.
Our system is a
synergistic combination of the
ancient wisdom and arts of the east and the
modern science and technology of the west.

Our movement techniques are designed to
strengthen the acupoint meridian system as warm
ups for the
prevention of injuries.  The specialized
breathing techniques will increase endurance by
promoting stamina.  Finally, the combination of
meditation, movements, and breathing can
promote and speed up healing after injuries.

The mind is the true source of power to activate
the hidden
force behind the use of energy.  Our
meditation technique allows this force to flow to
the external body.  It
prevents the body from shock
due to high impact, hard contact, or mental
distress.  It
is the secret for longevity.

"My physical strength
and well being were
being enhanced by
merely observing. When
Greg and his students
tested my grounding it
was as solid as theirs
and blows to my arm
were painless to me but
hurt the "attacker." This
greatly surprised the
young students since I
was in my 70s and
essentially not doing the
practices. A side effect
was that a skipping
heart beat that had
existed for decades
disappeared."

FMBR Chairman of the
Board; October, 2005
