1. Super Oxygenated Breathing
Visualization Meditation: Watch the Super Oxygenated Breathing
movement with interest to activate the “Brain Mirror Neurons.”
Training: This is not exercise!!! All you have to do is to watch the movement
daily for 2 weeks. After watching Super Oxygenated Breathing, take a slow-
deep-powerful breath. Next super stretch your spine and all the limbs and let
out the breath with a sigh. Next move and shake your body and you are ready
to go.
Benefit: Super Oxygenated Breathing trains the ability to breathe into every
cell of the body. It will increase your endurance all day long.
Caution: Consult your physician before watching. Do not watch when taking
medication, pregnant, or during any type of illness. Do not attempt to imitate
the movement. Practice the movement with only after learning from a
qualified trainer from Shaolin SHSD or at our workshop. When the movement
is done correctly the first time, the learning period is extremely fast. If the
movement is done incorrectly, it will take 10 to 100 repetitions to correct each
mistake.
