3. Explosive Subtle Energy Training
Visualization Meditation: Watch the Explosive Subtle Energy movement
with interest to activate the “Brain Mirror Neurons.”
Training: This is not exercise!!! All you have to do is to watch the movement
daily for 2 weeks. When finished watching the Explosive Subtle Energy
Training movement, activate Potential Subtle Energy Power, shake loose the
hips, pelvis, and shoulders. Next super stretch your spine and all four limbs.
Finally take a Super Oxygenated Breath and let it out with a sigh. Move and
shake your body and you are ready to go.
Benefit: Explosive Subtle Energy Training increases internal strength from
the center of the pelvic and hip joints. It also relaxes, loosens up, and
strengthens the shoulder joints. Use your bone joints to self lubricate and
release the subtle energy and internal strength to support your body upright in
perfect posture.
Caution: Consult your physician before watching. Do not watch when taking
medication, pregnant, or during any type of illness. Do not attempt to imitate
the movement. Practice the movement with only after learning from a qualified
trainer from Shaolin SHSD or at our workshop. When the movement is done
correctly the first time, the learning period is extremely fast. If the movement is
done incorrectly, it will take 10 to 100 repetitions to correct each mistake.
