6. Calming Subtle Energy Training
Visualization Meditation: Watch the Calming Subtle Energy movement with
interest to activate the “Brain Mirror Neurons.”
Training: This is not exercise!!! All you have to do is to watch the movement
daily for 2 weeks. Activate Subtle Energy movements 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Next
activate and combine Calming Subtle Energy movement for total effortless
power. Then super stretch your spine and all the limbs and let out the breath
with a sigh. Next move and shake your body and you are ready to go.
Benefit: Calming Subtle Energy allows the body to activate effortless power
in stillness or action.
Caution: Consult your physician before watching. Do not watch when taking
medication, pregnant, or during any type of illness. Do not attempt to imitate
the movement. Practice the movement with only after learning from a qualified
trainer from Shaolin SHSD or at our workshop. When the movement is done
correctly the first time, the learning period is extremely fast. If the movement is
done incorrectly, it will take 10 to 100 repetitions to correct each mistake.
