Key words: 1) Position 2) Sequencing 3) Intention 4) Timing 5) Breath 6) Rest

Position
The first stage of the building of the human foundation is to understand its
anatomy. The trunk is the body located from the neck to the pelvic region.
The legs are the roots when standing.  The arms are the limbs when standing.
With the knees and palms on the ground all four limbs can be roots or limbs.
The head is joined to the body by the neck.

The second stage is learning how make to geometric positions with your
head, body, and limbs.  The angles with your whole body will strengthen and
improve the health of your spine and the circulation of the cardio vascular
system.

The third stage is squeezing and contracting of the major joints to squeeze
out the (synovial fluid) for self lubricating the joints for smooth movements and
action.

Sequencing
The proper order of the movements will improve the flow of the body’s
physical energy to prepare for high impact and fast action.

Intention
Intention will set the instructions to the subconscious mind. Connecting the
communication between the mind and special body postures together will
generate the awareness of the body’s internal functioning energy called
“subtle energy”.

Timing
Good timing eases the constant physical and mental stress that is put on the
body. It creates beauty, grace, and symmetry.

Breath
The minor muscle groups that are located inside the body connect and
support the external major muscle groups. Get into the proper spinal posture
to breathe into the minor muscle groups. The connection is the holy grail of
health: “The arrival of Chi Subtle Energy”.

Diet
Eat not to excess each meal. Eat real food as much as possible. Drink clean
good tasting water.

Rest
Go to bed early and rise early. Take power naps. Mediate. Nature walks.
Palming the eyes.
